The data controller of the personal data collected and processed through the website www.loewe.com com (the “Site”) for the purposes described below is by Loewe S.A. (hereinafter “Loewe”). This Privacy Policy shall also apply to the sales conducted and the services rendered through our e-commerce platforms and shops.

6. Retention period of your DataLoewe will not retain your personal for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which such personal data is processed, or required or allowed by law.
The personal data used for the purpose of sending you information concerning the offers, news and events of our Maison shall be kept for a period of five (5) years as of the date on which it was collected or as of your last contact with Loewe. Upon expiry of this timescale, Loewe may get in touch with you to find out whether you wish to continue to receive information about our offers, news and events. Your Data shall be destroyed within a maximum of one (1) month following any request on your part to unsubscribe.

You will receive your LOEWE order in our extraordinary packaging. The items will come protected by a cotton cover in herringbone grey, with an anagram label. Products are arranged in our signature smokey white gift box, except for those delivered using the Express Delivery service, available in Barcelona city area.
The Leather ready to wear pieces might arrive in a larger box in order to protect the quality of our raw materials.
Gifts
It is possible to include a Gift Message in the package, you can select this option at check out and write yourpersonal message. The is no invoice with price included, only a delivery note in which the price is omitted will be included in the parcel, so that you can send your purchase as a gift directly.
Insurance
All LOEWE goods remain the property and responsibility of LOEWE until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full. Items are insured against loss and accidental damage during delivery. In any case, this issue will need to be validated by the courier company. If, for any reason, your purchase is not delivered within eight (8) working days, please contact our Customer Service Department. Please notify us of this delay within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, so that we can deal with the incidence.
Please check your purchase upon receipt and notify the courier. If, for any reason, you wish to make a claim, you must contact our Customer Service Department, keeping all the LOEWE packaging in good order.

Purchase and secure paymentTo purchase an item from LOEWE’s online store, simply select “Add to Shopping Bag” on the product page, and then click on the “Purchase” button to finalize your purchase. LOEWE credit coins or credit notes issued by our offline stores cannot be used to purchase articles from our online store.

Returns
If you would like to Return an item or items purchased from the LOEWE online store, you may do so within 14 working days following the date of delivery. To maintain and conserve your LOEWE item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat. We recommend storing the product in its original packaging. Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your LOEWE item gets wet, remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature

Currently, the entity operating the online sales of LOEWE products in Korea is Loewe, S.A. in Spain. Loewe is an entity registered within the Mercantile Registry of Madrid under Book 335, Section 194, Page M-6657, and fiscal code NIF A-28003861 with its registered office located at: C/ Goya 4 28001 Madrid (Spain). Therefore, the data controller of your personal data for purposes connected to the online sale of LOEWE products in Korea is currently Loewe, S.A. in Spain. However, as part of the project to reorganize the Loewe Group's online sales worldwide, it is planned that in the near future online sales will begin to be carried out by the Loewe subsidiaries present in each of the countries where the group operates. When this reorganization takes place, the data controller in relation to online sales in Korea will become LOEWE KOREA LTD. Such change will be announced well in advance on this website.
