Packaging & Gifts

You will receive your LOEWE order in our extraordinary packaging. The items will come protected by a cotton cover in herringbone grey, with an anagram label. Products are arranged in our signature smokey white gift box, except for those delivered using the Express Delivery service, available in Barcelona city area.

The Leather ready to wear pieces might arrive in a larger box in order to protect the quality of our raw materials.

Gifts

It is possible to include a Gift Message in the package, you can select this option at check out and write yourpersonal message. The is no invoice with price included, only a delivery note in which the price is omitted will be included in the parcel, so that you can send your purchase as a gift directly.

Insurance

All LOEWE goods remain the property and responsibility of LOEWE until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full. Items are insured against loss and accidental damage during delivery. In any case, this issue will need to be validated by the courier company. If, for any reason, your purchase is not delivered within eight (8) working days, please contact our Customer Service Department. Please notify us of this delay within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, so that we can deal with the incidence.

Returns

If you would like to Return an item or items purchased from the LOEWE online store, you may do so within 14 working days following the date of delivery. Working days to exercise your right of withdrawal will be counted stated in the applicable legislation of the country or region where the product is delivered. You will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days of receiving and approving the Return

During the gifting season, we extend our returns policy to 30 days. All purchases made before 31 December can be returned within 30 days from when the order was confirmed

No enviamos Perfumes a varios países/regiones, incluído Japón, Estados Unidos de América ni a Channel Islands, en el Reino Unido.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los pedidos realizados después de la 1 de la tarde (GMT +1) del viernes y durante el sábado y domingo se prepararán para ser enviados el lunes de la semana siguiente. Las Fiestas Nacionales en España, locales en la Comunidad de Madrid y en los países/regiones de entrega de los productos pueden también causar retrasos en las entregas.

Para garantizar la mayor seguridad y rapidez, todos los Pedidos son enviados a través de mensajerías privadas de primer nivel. Una vez el envío ha sido procesado, usted recibirá un email con la información del número de tracking y un enlace para que pueda realizar seguimiento del mismo a través de la website de la empresa de mensajería correspondiente.

Las entregas se realizan entre las 8.30h y las 19.00h y requieren una firma de quien recepciona el envío, para garantizar la recepción segura de su Pedido.

Express Delivery

Le ofrecemos la posibilidad de que el Producto adquirido a través de la tienda on-line esté a su disposición en la dirección indicada el mismo día de la compra o el siguiente. Este servicio de express delivery llevará asociado un sobrecoste de 20 € por envío, y será gratuito para aquellas compras superiores a 1.300 €

  Recogida en tienda

Para poder disfrutar de la experiencia LOEWE, le ofrecemos la posibilidad de que su compra sea enviada de forma gratuita a una de nuestras tiendas.

De forma excepcional, le ofrecemos la posibilidad de recoger en tienda el producto adquirido on-line, y que el mismo esté disponible en un plazo inferior a 3 horas desde la compra, este servicio está disponible en la tienda LOEWE de Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona.

A partir de la puesta a disposición del artículo en la tienda seleccionada por Ud., le informaremos inmediatamente por e-mail. Dispone entonces de un plazo de 15 días para retirar el artículo/s en la tienda seleccionada.

En el momento de la retirada del artículo en tienda, Ud. deberá presentar:

Documento de identidad en vigor que lleve incorporada una fotografía

En ese momento, se procederá a verificar su identidad, pudiendo efectuarse una copia del documento de identidad, lo que Ud. expresamente autoriza eligiendo el presente modo de entrega. La tienda se reserva igualmente el derecho a verificar la tarjeta de pago utilizada para el pago del pedido. El artículo comprado le será posteriormente entregado debiendo firmar un justificante de entrega.

Tiene igualmente la posibilidad de solicitar a una persona de su elección para acudir a retirar el artículo en su lugar y por su cuenta en las condiciones del presente artículo. Será necesario que la persona autorizada por Ud. lleve consigo:

E-mail de puesta a disposición del artículo
Su propio documento de identidad
Documento de identidad del comprador por cuenta del que viene a retirar el artículo
Una carta firmada por Ud. que autoriza a esta persona a venir a retirar el artículo en su nombre y por su cuenta

La tienda podrá realizar una copia de todos estos documentos con el fin de garantizar su seguridad y de prevenir toda utilización fraudulenta de su identidad y/o de sus medios de pago. Ud. se compromete a informar a la persona autorizada (i) del plazo de 15 días del que dispone para la recogida del artículo en tienda, y (ii) de los documentos necesarios que le serán solicitados para que el artículo pueda ser retirado.

Tras el plazo de 15 días a contar desde el envío al cliente, por parte de LOEWE, del mensaje informando que su artículo ha sido puesto a su disposición para ser retirado en la tienda, la venta será resuelta de pleno derecho. Ud. será entonces reembolsado del precio de su pedido.

  Reserva en tienda

Ud. puede solicitar la reserva de los productos de LOEWE a través de nuestra página web y pagar cuando vaya a recoger dicho producto en la tienda de LOEWE que más le convenga, toda vez que haya recibido la confirmación de disponibilidad por parte de LOEWE.

Podrá solicitar la reserva de hasta un límite máximo de 1 producto por solicitud de reserva y Dispondrá de 72 horas para recoger su reserva a contar desde el email de confirmación de disponibilidad. Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo, los productos reservados se pondrán otra vez a la venta. Solo se podrán reservar los productos que están en stock en tienda. A la compra de los productos reservados mediante la página web le serán de aplicación las condiciones de venta de la tienda de LOEWE.

  Empaquetado y Regalo

Recibirá su pedido LOEWE en nuestro extraordinario empaquetado. Los artículos vienen protegidos por una lanilla de algodón gris con una etiqueta lateral cosida con el anagrama. Posteriormente son colocados en nuestra caja de regalo de color gris humo, excepto aquellos enviados a través del Envío Express, servicio disponible en el área metropolitana de Barcelona.

Regalos:

En el proceso de compra, tiene la posibilidad de incluir una tarjeta de regalo con un texto de dedicatoria. LOEWE preparará esta tarjeta y la incluirá dentro del paquete. Dentro del paquete no hay ninguna información sobre el precio, sólo se incluye un albarán sin precio, para que pueda enviar su compra directamente como regalo.

Seguro

Todos los artículos LOEWE son propiedad y responsabilidad de LOEWE hasta que el pago es recibido y los productos son enviados a la dirección especificada por el cliente. Los artículos están asegurados contra la pérdida o deterioro accidental durante el envío. En cualquier caso, esta situación debe ser probada por la empresa de mensajería. Si su envío tarda más de 8 días hábiles, por favor póngase en contacto con el Equipo de Atención al Cliente, rogamos notifique este retraso en un plazo menor a 30 días desde la fecha estimada de entrega, para que podamos gestionar la incidencia.

Debe asegurarse de que su compra llega correctamente cuando la reciba. Le invitamos a contactar con nuestro Equipo de Atención al Cliente, para cualquier reclamación. El empaquetado LOEWE ha de guardarse en perfecto estado para solicitar la reclamación.

Si desea cambiar o devolver su compra realizada a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE, puede hacerlo siguiendo los términos especificados en la sección Cambios y Devoluciones.

  Compra y Pago Seguro

Para adquirir un artículo a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE, simplemente ha de seleccionar “Añadir a la Bolsa” en la página del producto y después hacer clic en el botón “Comprar” cuando quiera completar su pedido. Será dirigido directamente al área segura de compra, donde podrá escoger una dirección de facturación (donde le enviaremos su factura) y una dirección de envío (que puede ser diferente a la dirección de facturación, por ejemplo: una dirección de trabajo, una empresa, la dirección directa de la persona que desea que reciba el regalo…). En el último paso de Pago Seguro, usted podrá escoger entre varias opciones de pago.

Las monedas LOEWE o vales regalo de nuestras tiendas retail, no pueden utilizarse como medio de pago en la Tienda Online.

Tras recibir el pago y confirmar su pedido, éste será automáticamente enviado a LOEWE para ser procesado. La confirmación de su pedido presupone la completa aceptación de los Términos y Condiciones de la Venta a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE.

Recibirá un email con la confirmación y resumen de su compra.

Los precios de los productos LOEWE están señalados en Euros, Dólares estadounidenses, y Libras esterlinas, yenes y las distintas divisas locales de cada país o localización (a excepción de Brunei, Costa de Marfil, Croacia, Egipto, Jordania, Kenia, Mauricio, Nigeria, Omán, Senegal, Sudáfrica) dependiendo del país o localización desde la cual se acceda a la página web de LOEWE. Los precios de los productos LOEWE incluyen tasas e impuestos. LOEWE se reserva el derecho de cambiar, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, los precios en la página web www.loewe.com. No obstante, los precios que figuren en el momento en que el consumidor ha efectuado la compra serán los que se consideren válidos.

Todos los datos registrados en www.loewe.com sirven como prueba de las transacciones realizadas entre LOEWE y sus clientes. En desacuerdo entre las partes sobre una transacción realizada en la página web www.loewe.com, todos los datos registrados por LOEWE S.A. serán considerados prueba irrefutable de la transacción.

Disponibilidad de Stock

LOEWE no puede garantizar la disponibilidad de stock en todo momento. En caso de falta de stock, LOEWE se pondrá en contacto con el cliente en un plazo máximo de 48 horas hábiles desde la compra para proponer una solución.

LOEWE se reserva el derecho de cambiar, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, los productos presentados en www.loewe.com.

Selección de País / Región

Para asegurar la correcta visualización de divisas, medios de pago, precio y condiciones de envío en su región, seleccione su país ó región en el desplegable que aparece en el menú superior izquierdo de la página web www.loewe.com.

  Cambios y Devoluciones

Puede cambiar los artículos adquiridos a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE en un plazo de sesenta (60) días en cualquier tienda de nuestra red (excepto en outlets, centros comerciales, franquicias y wholesales) con el Albarán de entrega que acompaña todos los pedidos ó, con el email de confirmación de pedido ó ó con la factura oficial de su compra online. Para que pueda efectuarse el cambio el(los) artículo(s) debe(n) estar en perfectas condiciones y con el empaquetado original y los accesorios.

Los cambios no serán aceptados en tiendas LOEWE de China Continental o Corea del Sur, a menos que el artículo fuera comprado originalmente allí en una de nuestras tiendas físicas.

Cuando se trate de perfumes, los artículos han de llegar perfectamente empaquetados e intactos de manera que se garantice la correcta higiene del producto. Asimismo se podrá tener en consideración la posible depreciación del producto.

Los Productos comprados a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE que hayan sido personalizados o sean parte de una pre-reserva especial, no admiten ni Cambios ni Devoluciones en ningún supuesto.

Los Charm Dados comprados a través de la tienda online sólo podrán devolverse si se incluye el set completo. El cambio si es posible en tienda siguiendo las indicaciones descritas arriba.

Devoluciones

Si desea devolver un artículo(s) a través de la Tienda Online de LOEWE, puede hacerlo en los catorce (14) días naturales siguientes a la recepción de su compra. El reintegro del importe abonado se efectuará en un plazo máximo de catorce (14) días naturales a contar desde la fecha en que LOEWE haya sido informado de la decisión de desistimiento.
