Taking over the Gran Vía store for the coming months, the Balearic oasis is a celebration of our third collaboration with the legendary Ibiza boutique Paula’s. The pop-up features the full Paula’s Ibiza collection, LOEWE’s Dice Charm Personalisation Service, Cactus Stall with florist Elisabeth Blumen and Ice Cream Bar by artisan foodies Lolo Polo.
On Wednesday evenings, the Paula’s Ibiza Summer Shop will play host to the ‘Gran Vía Sessions’, a series of live DJ performances by some of the most exciting artists in the world right now.
A Swedish DJ and producer from Stockholm, Mr. Tophat is fully dedicated to the proliferation of electronic and house music. He counts label owner of Junk Yard Connections and co-founder of Karlovak records as just two of his credits. He is most recognized for his collaborations with Swedish electro-pop singer Robyn, both producing and remixing tracks for her. The two of them performed together last summer at Pikes Ibiza.
As a Brazilian native, Barbara Boeing’s DJ sets offer a revitalising dose of sunshine and happiness. More than 10 years a DJ, she has expanded her output as the co-founder of Odara and the Alter Disco collective. Cultivating an impressive musical expertise in the process, her knowledge and enthusiasm emanates from her performances behind the decks. Brazil’s best-kept secret is now crossing the Atlantic and heading our way to make a splash in Europe.
Born and raised in Amsterdam by professional DJ parents, Kamma was only ever destined to be one thing. Her background and lifelong nurturing of her craft has led to a nimble and instinctive style that navigates across disco, Italo, African, synth wave and early house. Together with Masalo, Kamma runs the rising Amsterdam party Brighter Days, where she has played alongside artists like Hunee and Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy.
Half Taiwanese-half French and currently based in Paris, Louise Chen has been promoting parties since 2012. Originally starting off as a hip-hop and R&B DJ, Louise has grown up with sampling culture and been a crate-digger for a long time. Today she hosts radio shows on Le Mellotron, Rinse France, The Lot Radio in New York and Radio Nova, and DJs alongside acts like Floating Points, MCDE & Bambounou.
Born in New Zealand to French and Argentinian parents, now based in Madrid, Pascal Moscheni’s multifaceted cultural background informs his versatile and ranging style. He actively responds to his crowd and surroundings, whilst always serving up fun in his sets. A regular on the fashion circuit, he has DJed for LOEWE on a number of occasions, including last year’s Ibiza party and at Salone del Mobile.
French artist, producer and DJ, Kiddy Smile is a larger than life character. Previously a fashion designer, which accounts for his extravagant and colourful style, he has emerged as a LGBT+ icon in Paris after growing the underground voguing movement and through his ongoing rights activism. His global profile has been on the rise following appearances at Hercules & Love Affair and The Gossip concerts, and his star turn in Gaspar Noe’s film Climax.
