LOEWE creates unique articles using natural leathers and materials of high quality. Please note that variations in tone, marks or grains are natural features that should not be considered imperfections.
LOEWE occasionally uses different engraving or printing techniques on the leather to create unique products, where differences in colour or definition are inherent to the technical processes.
We recommend you treat these shoes with care to preserve their original properties.
Your LOEWE shoes will maintain their qualities if they are not directly exposed to sources of light and heat and are stored in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Store them in the cotton bags provided and fill with tissue paper to help maintain their shape. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, oil, cosmetics and abrasive products. If your shoes get wet, dry them with a soft cloth without rubbing and let them dry at room temperature.
For any further questions we invite you to visit one of our stores, where our staff will be delighted to assist you and inform you about LOEWE’s after-sales service.
