Under the name of Moon Jars, Loewe presents the new September window concept. These Korean porcelain jars refer to the shape and colour of the moon. Its whiteness suggests the Confucian virtues of purity, honesty, and modesty; while its form is meant to symbolize fertility and the gentle qualities of women.
The Moon Jars are handcrafted joining two separate parts: base and opening. This process gives them a non-fully symmetrical shape.
Inspired by the history of these jars, a pure and balanced atmosphere is recreated with the combination of concrete, water and transparent podiums. The product and the Moon Jars float in this neat scene.
