Loewe and the LVMH group encourage both functional and geographic mobility. The diversity of our markets and brands create a vast choice of enriching professional itineraries tailored to the aspirations and skills of each employee.

The mobility process is managed by Human Resources teams. Preliminary interviews with Human Resources specialists provide an opportunity to clearly define career plans and motivations. Applications are then reviewed by Group Human Resources committees and oriented according to positions available.

Loewe believes that a part of the wealth generated by the company is due to the community as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility towards society. Loewe fosters employee promoted CSR projects.

In 2010/2011 an employee volunteer team has collaborated with different local NGOs in order to facilitate work and social inclusion from psychical handicapped persons:

  • - Afanias Foundation: 150 handicapped children participated toghether with their families in an inclussion game activity that fosters normalization
  • - Feaps Foundation: This proyect fosters the reduction of negative impact from children handicap dyagnose in parents through family support groups
  • - Carmen Pardo Valcarcel Foundation: One week summer camp for low income handicapped persons
